After recognising Auckland’s market presented similar opportunities to that of Melbourne and Sydney in their prime development eras, ICD began due diligence on 65 – 71 Federal Street and eventually entered into the tender sales process. We have yet to confirm our development and design team or a final project vision but look forward to updating our partners, investors, and purchasers on these details as they develop.
This project marks a significant milestone for ICD as our first international acquisition and we are extremely proud of this achievement.
