Just 5kms east of Melbourne’s CBD, stylish Maple is surrounded by all the amenities residents need, including trams, trains, restaurants, leisure facilities, retail and top schools. We purchased the site in 2010, confident of its location in one of Melbourne’s best performing suburbs, where median house prices were achieving double the Victorian state average. We also knew this project could address a gap in the market for three bedroom configurations. We chose Melbourne-based property developers, Angle, for this highly successful joint venture because we shared proven track records and a like-minded passion for delivering beautiful yet well-designed developments. Maple comprises sophisticated retail at the ground level and five storeys of generously sized apartments above. Renowned contemporary architects, Stokes Architects, designed the building and interiors were completed by Studio You Me. This talented combination was enthusiastically embraced by the discerning, fashion-savvy Hawthorn market.
ICD’s strategy has always been to ensure we collaborate with forward-thinking businesses. The opportunity to partner with Angle appealed to us because we were familiar with their success in this location.
MAPLE won the REIV 2015 project-marketing award and is the only off-the-plan project to be nominated for Coco Republic’s interior design awards.
