City Tattersalls Club

该黄金地块位于悉尼CBD,ICD克服了此前开发商所面临的困难,与业主City Tattersalls 俱乐部谈判的协议方案,几乎获得俱乐部15,000多个会员全票赞成。依托ICD建筑设计合作公司Elenberg Fraser的专业技能,我们提出了激动人心的初步计划,准备在这个已有120年历史的俱乐部上空实施改造计划。该规划方案目前正在悉尼市政府办理一期开发申请,内容包括修缮City Tattersalls 俱乐部场所,完善餐厅、舞厅和会议设施,占用新开发项目的下层空间来配备公共健身馆、100多间客房的酒店,并新增约267套公寓。这个令人瞩目的改造项目将为俱乐部注入崭新的商业动力,同时给Pitt Street和悉尼CBD带来充满活力且成熟完善的住宅项目。

(ENG) To help ICD Property deliver its first tourism project, the company has partnered with the best in the industry including Sinclair Brook, Avid Sports, Hassell, Qantas Golf Club, and Savills. Providing direct consultation on the golf course component of the development is Andrew Purchase and Darius Oliver both of who are highly regarded in the golfing industry and have helped create some of the world’s best golf courses including Cape Wickham on King Island ranked by Golf Digest Magazine as the #24 course in the world.

(ENG) Significantly contributing to Kangaroo Island’s economy it is anticipated 15,000 rounds of golf will be played annually on The Cliffs course and at 60% capacity, the hotel will generate an estimated 11,388 new visitors to the island annually. Adding 8,760 additional room nights to Kangaroo Island’s current tourism levels. To further drive local economic activity and make the best use of the site’s premium location, it is envisioned The Cliffs will partner with local Island touring companies to ensure visitors venture beyond The Cliffs and experience the greater offerings of Kangaroo Island. This will generate increased revenues throughout island businesses and services and provide visitors with the ultimate island getaway.
